What are your weight-control goals?To achieve a weight where I feel comfortable with myself, in a sensible timeframe. I'm making a gradual diet and lifestyle change, that allows the occasional 'splurge'. What is your motivation for losing weight?To be irresistable to women. What is your weight-loss method?Quite simply put, exercise more and eat less. Eating less means less fat and calories, so I've discovered lots of ways of fooling myself (e.g. lots of salad in sandwiches, using any low fat/no fat alternative to butter/margarine). Exercising more was easy - I have a young Labrador cross named Monty, who now gets two 5 km walks at dawn and dusk.
