What were some obstacles you encountered while losing weight?
I was surrounded by support in this journey. It has been a lifestyle change for the whole family and it was embraced by all. My husband also managed to lose around 10 kg, and joined a gym for the first time in his life.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
Drink heaps of water - it eliminates the cravings. Treat yourself, don't deny yourself because that sets you up to fail.
How do you feel now that you've lost weight?
I am so proud and excited.
