What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?

I guess my biggest obstacle was myself. I didn't really believe that it was possible for me to lose 10 kilos. I thought that I used to eat healthily and that I didn't need to change the way that I ate.

What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?

Stick with it. Sometimes you'll find it hard, but think about your end goal. You really do feel so much better about yourself when you start getting closer to that goal and become fitter and healthier.

How do you feel now that you're achieving success?

I feel great. I am able to wear clothes that I never thought I could and I actually look good in them.
