What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?
Yes, ME and my mind battles when dealing with my food addictions and temptation. Thankfully this time I have WON most of the battles. The mind is a powerful tool.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
Never lose sight of the reasons for wanting to lose weight. Work out what is more important to you, i.e. 5 min of gratification then feeling down and horrible for giving in, or feeling good about yourself for resisting temptation and also being proud of yourself for doing so. This all helps to keep you motivated, focused and determined and when you get on the scales and see the results of that hard work it is all worthwhile!
How do you feel now that you're achieving success?
I feel great! I look great, am more confident and positive. I feel like an achiever. I donít feel lazy, horrible and self loathing.

CalorieKing has made it so much easier by being able to record everything and being able to analyse what I am doing with my food and exercise. The charts and reports are great.
