What were your weight-control goals?Eat the set amount of calories per day, limiting carb and sugar intake. What motivated you to lose weight?Not being able to play with my niece and nephew without feeling puffed out - how shameful that at 27 I couldn't keep up with a 2 and 4 year old! Also, being single was a motivator too ;) What was your weight-loss method?Eating more!!! People are stunned when I tell them 'i started eating more' when they ask how I lost the weight. I stopped skipping breakfast, having a bad lunch and a very minimal dinner (due to living alone, I got very lazy).
