What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?
Keeping the motivation to eat well. Exercise is no problem for me as I enjoy it, but food is always a temptation.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
You can't do it without exercising and if you think you can you are kidding yourself. Start off slow and keep challenging yourself to do more or work at a higher intensity. Set yourself lots of short term goals - and not all of them have to be about kilos. Set yourself an exercise goal or a goal to stick to your calories.
How do you feel now that you're achieving success?
I feel fantastic. People keep commenting on how well I am looking and I feel fit and strong.
