What are your weight-control goals?

To lose enough this summer to enjoy my next holiday, not drag myself around.

What is your motivation for losing weight?

I felt terrible, lethargic and tired all the time. Also getting clothes to fit was not easy.

What is your weight-loss method?

Just eat sensibly, no takeaway or junk food whatsoever and I look forward to a healthy restaurant meal every Saturday night with a nice bottle of wine.

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?

Very little to date as my motivation was high. My wine cellar takes a bit of avoiding though.

What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?

Get your mind right and don't eat to the limit of your calories if you don't have to.

How do you feel now that you're achieving success?

Not as good as I will feel when I lose the next 20 or 30 kgs.
