To get healthy. My goal is 71kg, but at the moment, I am focusing on 5kg lots.
What is your motivation for losing weight?
To get pregnant.

CalorieKing all the way. Finding low fat recipes and EXERCISE, WATER and apples! I hate apples and have been making myself eat them because I know they are good for you.

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?
No obstacles. My husband is very supportive and helpful.
Saturdays are a downfall because he is at work and I am at home alone and find it difficult.
My work collegues are very supportive too.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
Stay focused on your dream and don't give in. If you do fall of the wagon, so what, pick yourself up and keep going. I found a lovely poem in one of the forums called 'Don't you quit' which I posted all around the house and I made a contract to myself that my husband helps with. It was good to use that to keep going (ie. I will drink this much, I will write it down, I will do so much excercise).
Also, try to allow treats. This stops me falling of the wagon all the time as I know if I am good, I can have a bit of chocolate if I want it. Always remember, you control the food, not the other way round.
How do you feel now that you're achieving success?
I feel fantastic. People are starting to notice and I am feeling really motivated and good about myself.
