What are your weight-control goals?
My main weight-control goal is to be 60 kilos.
What is your motivation for losing weight?
My motivation for losing weight after so many years was a very simple one. I wanted to skydive, but if you weigh over 100 kilos you can't jump, so I had to lose weight or miss an opportunity to do something fun. I hate missing out!
What is your weight-loss method?
Behave during the week, enjoy the weekends and treat myself to endorphins instead of chips.

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?
I found my family supportive enough (does force feeding salad to my husband count as support?) Unfortunately some of my friends weren't so helpful.
I also found walking down the chocolate aisle at the supermarket a HUGE obstacle!
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
You always are and always will be a beautiful, sexy, caring person no matter what size you are. That must come first, then you can look after yourself.
Don't ever think fat; think thin.
Drink lots and lots of water, even in winter :-)
How do you feel now that you're achieving success?
I don't feel success is the right word, as I believe I was already a successful person. The only thing I truly love about my new size is that I can buy nicer clothes and I can pick-up stuff off the floor a bit easier.
