What were your weight-control goals?
My weight control goals were to be aware of what I was eating and drinking, to get more active, be healthier and fitter.
What motivated you to lose weight?
What motivated me was feeling tired-out while walking up the stairs. I realised that I'm only 22 and I should be in the prime of my life.
What was your weight-loss method?
My main weight loss methods were to:
- Be more active.
- Completely stop drinking Coca Cola.
- Be more concious of what I was eating and drinking.

What were some obstacles you encountered while losing weight?
Finding time to exercise was a major obstacle!
Negative people were another obstacle because I wasn't overweight to begin with, so some people didn't understand why I was trying to lose weight and be healthier. You don't have to be overweight to do something about your health.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
My biggest tips are to be both honest and not too harsh on yourself.
How do you feel now that you've lost weight?
I wanted to be fitter, have better muscle tone and be healthier. I feel fantastic, and very healthy now!
