My weight-control goal is to be healthier and fitter to enjoy life more. I love my life. I have a great family. Being healthy is the icing on the cake.
What is your motivation for losing weight?
My motivation is not to "go on a diet", but to change my eating habits for good.

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?
I haven't had many obstacles. I hit a slight plateau after I'd lost 9 kilos before joining CalorieKing. Altogether I've lost 24 kilos (9 kilos plus the 15 kilos, so far, through CK). I think I had to hit a plateau eventually. I know the weight will come off, so I'll just keep doing what I'm doing until I hit my goal weight.
What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?
Treat your eating habits as a new way of eating, not "going on a diet". When I used to think I was "going on a diet", whenever I had a slip-up in my eating habits, I'd 'lose the plot', meaning I'd eat a lot of unhealthy food. Getting motivated again after that was hard.
How do you feel now that you're achieving success?
I feel VERY VERY GOOD!
