What are your weight-control goals?

I want to go down to 46kg, and then maybe stabilise at between 48-50kg to balance both weight and health issues.

I wanted to be healthier, look better, live longer and fit into smaller clothes.

What is your weight-loss method?

I'm following the CSIRO diet and exercise plan, though ultimately it's a kilojoule in - kilojoule out game. Exercise helps my fitness and makes me feel good, but doesn't make up for eating too much!

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?

Yes, there was initial scepticism.

What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?

I measure everything constantly. You should invest in yourself: buy food scales, body fat scales, a gym membership, yoga class, go to a health retreat or use a fitness trainer. Most importantly use CalorieKing and be honest! If you have to report in every day, you think twice about what you eat. You have to find the right level of eating for your metabolism and age. There are some complementary therapies that really can help, especially if you are an older woman.

How do you feel now that you're achieving success?

Fantastic. Size 6 is seriously good!

How have the products or services offered by helped you to lose weight?

As I said before, reporting every day is the key to success. It gives me heaps of motivation and helps with self discipline and consistency. You've just got to keep going.
