What are your weight-control goals?

To get down to a healthy weight that I feel good about. To feel sexy and beautiful again so my "weight" is no longer an excuse to not achieve success in other areas such as work, love etc. My goal weight is 75 kg and I am hoping to fit into a beautiful size 12 skirt my mum gave me.

What is your motivation for losing weight?

Mainly my own self esteem. I have always used my weight as an excuse and 2006 is going to be MY year. I will be healthy, beautiful and financially secure.

What is your weight-loss method?

What obstacles have you encountered while losing weight?

My workload is so crazy (I work in Advertising) that I struggle to fit in time to exercise as much as I would like. Sometimes I work 12 or 14 hour days and it is so hard to find "me time" to eat well and exercise.

What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?

Be realistic about your goals. Don't expect to lose more than 500g a week or you will lose motivation if you have a bad week. Also, use the CalorieKing food and exercise diary as a bible. Enter EVERYTHING in it, whether it is bad or good.

How do you feel now that you're achieving success?

Fantastic. I am only half way to my goal but already I look and feel much better.
