Curried Chicken with Grapes and Mango

Tasty curry flavoured chicken strips accompanied with a fruity salad!
1/2 cup plain flour
2 Tbsp curry powder
5 lean chicken thigh fillets, cut into strips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 gourmet lettuce, leaves washed and dried
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 cup seedless white grapes
1 mango, peeled, stoned and sliced
1 lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine flour and curry powder. Coat chicken pieces. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken strips for 4 - 5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat. Cool.
