Ingredients:
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely chopped
400 g fresh salmon fillets, cut into cubes
200 g snow peas
200 g mixed asian greens
Directions:Heat a wok or deep frying pan, and add sesame oil and vegetable oil. Add garlic and finely chopped ginger, and saute until browned.
Add the salmon and snow peas and cook until salmon is medium rare, or to your liking.
Arrange the salmon and snow peas on a bed of Asian greens and serve immediately.
