Avocado and Antipasto Bread Rounds

Why not serve these yummy snacks at a party or get together?
1 red capsicum, halved and seeds removed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup ready made pesto
1 medium eggplant
6 slices of olive bread, halved on the diagonal
1 avocado, sliced
12 kalamata olives in brine
Place capsicum under pre-heated grill and cook until blistered. Remove and place in a plastic bag. Let sit for five minutes then peel the skins off. Cut the capsicum into thin slices.
