Yield: 4 x .25 cup serves
A smooth and creamy sauce.
1 Tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 chicken stock cube
1/2 cup white wine
1 Tbsp reduced fat margarine
Place margarine in a heavy based saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove.
Melt margarine in a microwave dish on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes.
Wine may be replaced with chicken or fish stock.
