Turkey, Mushroom and Spinach Fettuccine

Try this yummy pasta dish for a quick and easy meal!
300 g cooked Ingham Turkey Breast Classic Smoked, roughly chopped or cut into thin strips
350 g fettuccine
1 coating of olive oil spray
250 g mushrooms, thickly sliced
100 g baby spinach leaves, roughly chopped
7 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1 pinch cracked black pepper
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, or in the microwave, following packet directions. Drain pasta.
Serve sprinkled with extra parmesan cheese. Serving suggestion not included in the nutritional analysis.
