Italian-flavoured Turkey-filled Pasta Shells

350 g fresh turkey mince
200 g large dried pasta shells
1 coating of olive oil spray
1 small onion, finely chopped
150 g small Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
1 medium zucchini, trimmed and grated
1 cup thick Italian-style tomato pasta sauce, reduced-salt
4 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
6 Tbsp shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, following packet directions, until just tender. Drain.
