Barbecued Gourmet Potatoes

These potatoes will make a tasty addition to your barbeque
Tip: The potatoes can be flattened a little with a potato masher before barbecuing.
500 g potatoes (about 4 large), Royal Blue or Ruby Lou, unpeeled
2 Tbsp fresh thyme
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse sea salt
Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until just tender. Drain.
