1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt*
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp caster sugar
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
You could substitute strawberries for bananas or use different flavoured yoghurts.
