Ingredients:
300 g fresh or frozen raspberries
425 g can pie apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp custard powder
1 Tbsp castor sugar
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup untoasted muesli
3 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon, extra
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C.
Combine raspberries, apple and cinnamon together and spoon into a large gratin dish.
In a small saucepan combine custard powder and castor sugar with a little of the milk, to form a paste. Add remaining milk and heat, stirring until thickened.
Pour custard over fruit and top with combined remaining ingredients. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
