Suggestions: Remove custard apple flesh with a teaspoon. Make sure you remove all the seeds from the custard apple before using.

Ingredients:
7 oz custard apple flesh
7 oz chilled low-fat vanilla yoghurt
6.80 fl. oz chilled skim milk
Directions:
Put all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend until thick and smooth.
Pour into two medium glasses.
