No-Cholesterol Omelette

No cholesterol but big on flavour!

Suggestions:

Orgran "No Egg" egg replacer is available from your supermarket. 1 teaspoon is equivalent to 1 egg.

Ingredients:

1 small onion, sliced

1 tomato, sliced

1/2 green capsicum, diced

1 Tbsp polyunsaturated oil

1/4 tsp salt or to taste

2 tsp Orgran "No Egg"


Directions:

Heat oil in pan and fry onions and capsicums for 5 minutes.

Prepare "Orgran No Egg" according to directions and pour over fried vegetables. Allow liquid egg to run underneath the sides of the omelette.

When nearly set, place tomato slices on top and fold over omelette.

Remove from pan and serve hot.

Variations:

Frozen egg replacers (e.g. Scramblers, Ready Eggs, Yolk Free) are cholesterol-free, but will add 16g fat and 602kJ.

I''m sorry, but is this product Australian? I have only heard of lazy eggs in the USA, never here
