Ingredients:1 small onion, sliced 1 tomato, sliced 1/2 green capsicum, diced 1 Tbsp polyunsaturated oil 1/4 tsp salt or to taste 2 tsp Orgran "No Egg" Directions:Heat oil in pan and fry onions and capsicums for 5 minutes. Variations:Frozen egg replacers (e.g. Scramblers, Ready Eggs, Yolk Free) are cholesterol-free, but will add 16g fat and 602kJ. Author:
