Place remaining ingredients in bowl, add onion and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased loaf tin and bake in moderate oven, for 50-55 minutes or until browned and firm.
Serve hot with mushroom gravy, steamed broccoli and baby carrots.

By: annah82 - 2010-03-22 was OK.. not as firm as i thought it would be...mine turned out like a cross between quiche/loaf but that may be because i added grated carrot & zucchini which have a high water content... .nice the next day re-heated with bbq sauce!!
By: batlady - 2009-11-02 this was yummy and a big hit with the kids. i added some left over spinach and it was so nice. next time im going to make it in advance as i think an extra 10 minutes cooking time would have made it a bit firmer.
