
Pasta with Broccoli and Pine Nuts

Ingredients:8 3/4 oz broccoli 1 onion, chopped 1.05 oz pine nuts 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 Tbsp safflower oil 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp oregano, dried 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 13 1/8 oz penne pasta Directions:Steam broccoli over boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and chop very finely. Variations:
Use fresh spinach (1 large bunch - steamed or boiled and finely chopped) instead of broccoli, and chopped tomatoes instead of pine nuts. Author:
