Ingredients:17 1/2 oz fettuccine 4 roma tomatoes, diced 1 Tbsp Equal Spoonful 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar 2 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced 1/4 cup fresh bocconcini, finely diced 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 Tbsp capers, rinsed and drained 1 Tbsp shaved, or grated, parmesan cheese 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper to serve Directions:Lay tomatoes on a dish and sprinkle with Equal and balsamic vinegar.
