This recipe comes courtesy of Bella Cella,who assures us that it is an incredibly low calorie recipe to satisfy the craving for a hot bowl of soup on a chilly day. Several bowls in fact! For an extra big hunger,try adding 1/4 cup of cooked brown rice.

Ingredients:

1 cup water, boiling

1 salt -reduced liquid chicken stock

1/8 cup carrots, sliced

1/8 cup celery, sliced

1/8 cup tomato, sliced

1/8 cup onion, sliced

1 garlic salt


Directions:

Bring the water to the boil while you slice the vegetables.

When boiling, add the vegies and boil for 2 1/2 minutes before adding the chicken cube for a further 1/2 minute until dissolved.

Enjoy!

Variations:

For an extra hearty soup, try adding 1/4 cup of cooked brown rice.
