Ingredients:2 medium potatoes, cubed 1 cup water 2 tsp oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 Tbsp flour 2 cup Sanitarium So Good Lite soy drink 10 g vegetable stock cube, crumbled 440 g can corn kernels, drained 440 g can creamed corn 1 Tbsp chopped parsley Directions:Place cubed potato and water into a saucepan and cook (or microwave on HIGH [100%] until tender).
