Ingredients:

500 g tub low-fat cottage cheese

2 Tbsp lemon juice


Directions:

In a food processor beat cottage cheese until very smooth. Add lemon juice and combine well. Keep refrigerated.

Serve with baked potato, wedges or Bagel Chips.
