Christmas Ham Glaze

Everyone loves Christmas ham - try this delicious glaze!
You may wish to stud the ham with cloves before glazing and baking.
1/2 cup apricot nectar
2 tsp orange rind
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 Tbsp apricot conserve
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Remove rind from ham. Place in a greased baking dish. Combine glaze ingredients. Brush glaze over ham. Bake in a slow oven (150°C) for 2 hours. Baste with glaze every half hour. Serve ham warm or cold.
