
Mixed Plum Salsa

Ingredients:6 medium plums, skin on 1/2 red onion 2 Tbsp unsalted lightly toasted macadamias 2 Tbsp freshly chopped mint 1 - 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger 1 Tbsp plum sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice wine vinegar Directions:Wash the plums. Cut each plum in half through to the stone. Twist halves in opposite directions to separate them.
