
Teriyaki ginger mushrooms

Ingredients:2 Tbsp canola oil 4 spring onions, sliced 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely chopped 600 g small button mushrooms 1/3 cup honey / soy Teriyaki sauce Directions:Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil. Add 3 of the spring onions and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Variations:These are delicious served with jasmine rice and steamed greens, or as a side dish with barbecue lamb, chicken or sausages. Serving suggestions are not included in nutritional information.
