
Teriyaki Mushrooms 
Serves: 4 person(s)Preparation Time: 10 mins Cooking Time: 5 mins Something new and tasty to serve as a side dish. Suggestions:* Mirin is Japanese cooking wine. Sweet Sherry is a good substitute.
Ingredients:2 Tbsp salt reduce soy sauce 1/2 cup mirin* 1 tsp brown sugar 500 g button mushrooms 1 tsp peanut oil 4 green onion, thinly sliced diagonally 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds Directions:Combine soy sauce, mirin and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Add mushrooms and toss well to coat mushrooms in soy mixture. Marinate at room temperature, stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes.
