A sweet, refreshing salad for a hot summer day.

Ingredients:

4 cup watermelon

1 white onion, finely sliced

1 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped


Directions:

Remove skin and seeds from watermelon; cut into 2cm cubes.

Place watermelon and white onion in a large bowl; toss lightly together. Chill well.
