Warm Chicken Plum Salad

1 Tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 meat from cooked lean chicken breast, chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
2 cup snow peas, trimmed
2 spring onions, chopped
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
5 plums, stone removed and sliced
1 lettuce leaves, washed
1 chopped coriander for garnish
Heat oil in saucepan. Add garlic. Sauté until soft.
