Delicious asian flavours combine in this healthy salad.

Ingredients:

500 g lean rump steak, sliced

1 Tbsp red curry paste*

1 lime, juiced

1 cos lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces

2 Tbsp shredded basil

1 Tbsp coriander, chopped

2 carrots, cut into julienne strips


Directions:

Grill steak until browned to your liking. Brush frequently with combined curry paste and lime juice.

Combine lettuce, basil and coriander in a separate bowl. Arrange on serving plates. Serve steak over salad. Garnish with carrot and serve.
