A sweet combination of carrots, apple and sultanas.

Ingredients:

2 large green apples (235g each), grated

2 large carrots (180g each), finely grated

1 large banana (200g), thinly sliced

1/2 cup sultanas (75g)

1/2 cup walnuts (60g), optional

1 squeeze lemon juice


Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Squeeze some lemon juice over to prevent browning of apple and banana. Add walnuts for extra 'crunch' if desired.

Serve chilled.
