A colourful, cholesterol free salad.
Serving size is entree size for 6 people.
4 cup cooked Sunrice Calrose natural rice
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced spring onions
1 small carrot (100g)
1 tomato, seeded and diced (100g)
2 Tbsp chopped capers, optional
1/4 cup fat-free French dressing, to moisten
Combine all the ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl.
A little curry powder and raisins can be added to the salad for an interesting variation.
