Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup spiral pasta

1 1/2 cup zucchini, halved, sliced

4 plum tomatoes, sliced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 Tbsp onion, chopped

1/2 cup Italian salad dressing, reduced calorie

3 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled

1 pinch of black pepper


Directions:

Cook pasta until tender. Drain; rinse with cold water and drain again.

Place zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms and onion in large bowl. Add pasta and mix gently.

Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Pour over salad; toss gently.
