Broccoli and Tomato Salad

Tender broccoli and fresh tomato with a sesame vinaigrette dressing.
4 cup broccoli florets
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 punnet grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup finely diced spring onions
2 tsp dijon mustard*
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried oregano
2 1/2 Tbsp sesame seed oil
1 salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Steam the broccoli until just tender but still crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer it to a strainer or colander and rinse it briefly under cold running water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
