Asparagus, Avocado and Prawn Salad

Delicious salad for all occasions!
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 bunch baby spinach, washed and trimmed
1 large orange, peeled and halved
2 avocados, peeled and halved
16 prawn, peeled and cooked
1/2 cup French dressing
Microwave asparagus until just tender and slightly crisp. Cool. Arrange spinach leaves, asparagus and orange segments on four individual plates.
Serve with fresh crusty bread, if desired. Serving suggestion is not included in the nutritional information.
