2 pears, sliced
2 apples, sliced
1 red Spanish onion, sliced
100 g reduced-fat cheese, sliced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup extra light sour cream*
1/2 Tbsp grated orange rind
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp curry powder*
