
Wok-Fried Pork and Mushrooms

Ingredients:1/3 cup char siew sauce* 2 Tbsp mirin 1 lime, juiced 2 1/2 Tbsp peanut oil 300 g mushrooms, sliced 300 g pork fillet, trimmed and thinly sliced 200 g snow peas, trimmed 1 Tbsp water Directions:Combine char siew sauce, mirin, lime juice and 3 teaspoons of peanut oil in a jug and mix well. Place mushrooms and pork into separate bowls. Pour half the marinade over mushrooms and remaining marinade over pork. Toss well to coat. Variations:Serve with steamed rice, if desired.
