Pork and Kiwifruit Kebabs

A fruity pork sensation the whole family will enjoy. Easy to prepare, cook and eat!
500 g lean and boneless cubed pork
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mixed dried herbs
2 kiwifruit, peeled and cubed
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 potatoes, cooked and sliced
Combine cubed pork with pepper, herbs and spices. Mix to coat well. Stand for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the kebabs with one or more salads of your choice. Add other fresh fruits to the kebabs, such as pineapple, or change the amount of pepper, should you wish.
