Ingredients:4 lean pork butterfly or loin steaks 1 cracked pepper to taste 1 Spanish onion, cored and thinly sliced 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced 3/4 cup white wine 4 slices Australian Swiss-style cheese Directions:In a non-stick frypan brown pork on both sides.
