2 Tbsp peanut oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cm piece of fresh ginger, chopped
1 small red chilli (to taste), seeded and sliced
6 spring onions, cut into bite size pieces

1 tsp sugar (For Sauce)
1/2 cup salt-reduced chicken stock (125 mL)

By: johnv1963 - 2011-05-18 The whole family loved this one. I used fresh beans instead of snow peas as the snow peas at my local store were poor quality. I added unsalted cashews and upped the calorie count to compensate. It was easy to make and the whole family loved it. This will be a regular.
