
Mushroom & Ham Pasta ![]() Serves: 2 person(s) Preparation Time: 30 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Low fat adaptation of a popular pasta dish. Suggestions:Using low fat cream, a very small amount of oil, and carefully trimmed bacon, this should not be too high in fat.
Ingredients:200 g fresh fettuccine 1 quick spray of oil 1 small onion, diced 2 tsp minced garlic 40 g 97% Fat Free Ham (e.g. Han's), chopped 125 g sliced mushrooms 2 Tbsp sliced sundried tomatoes (not in oil) 1 can (375ml) light evaporated milk 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp chopped parsley 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste) Directions:Cook pasta as per directions.
