
Ginger Kiwi Fruit Pork Chops

Ingredients:2 tsp grated fresh ginger 1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 2 Tbsp honey 1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce 1/4 cup dry white wine 2 Tbsp chopped coriander 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped 600 g lean pork forequarter chops Directions:For glaze: Combine all ingredients, except kiwi fruit and pork, in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes or until slightly reduced. Cool marinade. Add kiwi fruit. Variations:Serve with hot long grain rice and a fresh green salad.
