Ingredients:

4 lettuce leaves

400 g lean roast pork, sliced

4 Sunrice Rice Cakes, Thick, Original

66 g non-fat natural yoghurt

250 g red grapes

1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple

1/3 cup chopped fresh peach

1/3 cup chopped fresh apple


Directions:

Arrange lettuce leaves and two rolled slices of pork on top of each rice cake.

Combine fruit and yoghurt; arrange over pork. Top with grapes and serve.
